Nature is inviting you. Move softly and slowly. Stand still. Stand still. Feel how you are standing. Sit or lie down. Feel how you are sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and listen. Listen to small and big sounds. Listen to what is not heard. Feel the air on your face. Open your eyes after a while and look around. Look at what is close, the small details, patterns. Look at what is further away. Stretch out your hands and feel. Take off your shoes and socks and feel with your feet. Lie down and smell the ground. Bring all your senses into nature. Imagine that nature sees you and listens to you. Listen to what nature wants to say to you, about you, your life, about the situation you are in.
